COVID-19 Update
If your child presents with COVID-19 symptoms; is a suspected case; or has been advised to get tested and isolate, either by being notified by contact tracers or through attending an exposure site requiring this action then we will contact you by phone.
Below you will find the communication (PMS Covid Letter for Parents) we will go through with you if this occurs. The Case Incident Flowchart for Students is below also, this is for your awareness of the processes we will be following. The PMS Communication and Attendance Flowchart and PMS Covid Close Contact Testing Chart are also referred to in the communication letter, so please see below for your perusal.

YEAR 10: MENINGOCOCCAL IMMUNISATION
The Department of Health is offering a free, one dose, meningococcal ACWY immunisation program for Year 10 students. Students in Year 10 have received an information pack containing details of the program and a consent form for parents to sign. Please ensure all forms are completed and returned to school (even if declining the vaccine).

The Department of Health is offering a free immunisation program for Year 7 students. The program offers a booster dose of the diphtheria, tetanus & whooping cough (dTpa) vaccine, and a vaccine to protect against Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Students in Year 7 have received an information pack containing details of the program and a consent form. Parents must indicate their child’s participation in this free program with a YES or NO as instructed on the consent form and the signed consent form must be returned to the school.

Please note the issue of requiring parents to obtain a Pin number to access the Schoolzine App has been sorted and you will no longer be required to enter a Pin number.
