You may have read in The West Australian today an article regarding Perth Modern School.

As is common in any large organisation, some staff may have concerns from time to time. In 2020, a very small number of staff raised some concerns with our Regional Office. We are working with Regional Office to understand the nature of these concerns and to respond where appropriate. As part of that process, Regional Office provided a survey which reflected our planned survey on staff wellness, as described in our Business Plan 2020-2024. 

We are disappointed that someone would choose to anonymously place this matter into the public domain before the school had the opportunity to work together to address concerns.

We are incredibly proud of our School. Staff work extremely hard to support students, which was particularly evident in 2020, when COVID-19 created highly anxious and unprecedented times.
