The Habits of Happiness
We’re bombarded with messages telling us that bigger and better is the pathway to happiness. However, research shows many of us are looking for happiness in the wrong places.
So what makes a difference?
In this presentation, Dr Jane Genovese will take you through the science of happiness and show you how to cultivate habits to enhance your happiness and wellbeing.
Topics include:
• Avoiding the comparison trap
• Managing negative self-talk
• Cultivating an attitude of gratitude
• And much, much more
