ALL YEARS: NO ONSITE PARKING ON SCHOOL SITE
Please remember there is currently no onsite parking at the school due to the Auditorium construction. Parents needing to access the uniform shop or who have a meeting with a member of staff, will need to find street parking on Subiaco Road or Hamilton Street, or access the verge adjacent to the school oval on Subiaco Road. Inexpensive parking is also available at the old Princess Margaret Hospital site (access off Hay St). We also encourage the use of public transport with nearby West Leederville and Leederville train stations within walking distance and to also consider the bus routes and Yellow CAT bus coming from Perth CBD. We thank you for your cooperation.
ALL YEARS: PLEASE LABEL ALL STUDENT ITEMS
Parents are reminded about the importance of labelling your child's possessions including all uniform items so they can be returned to your child if collected by Lost Property. Please label clearly with their first and last name as well as their advocacy group. Unfortunately without a name on the item we cannot ensure your child's property is returned. Items held in Lost Property are only held for one month and if uniform items have not been collected they will then be donated to the Second Hand Uniform Shop.

YEARS 11-12 ATAR STUDENTS: MOBILE NUMBERS MUST BE GIVEN TO SCSA
For the first time, Year 12 students and Year 11 ATAR examination candidates will be required to provide their mobile numbers to the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA, the Authority) via the student portal, using their eight digit WASN. It is intended that when students log into the student portal to download their personalised examination timetables for the written and practical ATAR course examinations that they update/provide their mobile numbers. Should the Authority need to contact students during the examination period, this will be done via a bulk SMS.
It should be noted that students can only update their mobile numbers in the student portal and this can not be done by the school on your behalf.
WACE exam candidates should download their Personalised practical examination timetable and Personalised written examination timetable from the School Curriculum Standards Authority student portal. This will ensure that candidates have all information required for planning travel arrangements to examination venues and equipping themselves appropriately. Candidates MUST NOT present at an examination venue with COVID-19 symptoms. A paper copy of this timetable needs to be taken with you to all WACE exams.
The Authority has contingency plans in place should a venue become unavailable due to a COVID-19 related reason. Candidates must re-check their timetable in the student portal the day prior to the scheduled examination date to ensure that all details relating to their examination, particularly the examination venue, are the same and have not been changed. Candidates are reminded to provide their contact mobile number via the student portal as this is an important means of communication from SCSA to candidates.
YEAR 12: DONATING SCHOOL UNIFORM ITEMS
If you would like to give back to your school community and to those students in need, please donate your school uniform items to the P&C Second Hand Uniform Shop. Please ensure items have been washed and are in good condition. Bring your donated uniform items to the front office during school hours, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 3.45pm. Donations of outgrown/no longer needed uniforms are gratefully received.
