Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
On behalf of the staff, I wish all Perth Modern School families and their loved ones a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year. We look forward to seeing students refreshed and ready for another successful year of learning and wonderful opportunities on Monday, 4 February 2019.
The P&C Christmas Concert and Art@Mod Extravaganza held on Friday, 30 November was a fabulous occasion to bring the school community together in Christmas spirit. It included a very successful inaugural Art@Mod community and student art exhibition, raffle and auction for Raise the Roof as well as concerts, a dance exhibition, food vans and other festivities. The various activities raised several thousand dollars for Raise the Roof as well as Friends of Music, Sustainability and the Cambodia Tour. Thanks to P&C President Phil Marshall and the P&C Executive, in particular Sharon Williams, for the tremendous amount of work they put in to the event to make it such a fabulous success.
Students from the Class of 2018 will be receiving their WACE results early next week and we wish them every success. An email will be sent to all parents with an update on their overall results and awards.
