ALL YEARS - FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Congratulations to Our Year 12 Students!
I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to our remarkable Year 12 students for the outstanding way they have concluded their time here at Perth Modern School.
In the past few weeks, the Year 12 students have embraced memorable moments, including a free dress day where they proudly wore their old primary school uniforms, and a day dedicated to envisioning their future selves. These celebrations culminated in the Year 12 final assembly, a cherished tradition where each student had the opportunity to ring the school bell, marking a significant milestone in their journey.
On Wednesday, October 16, we gathered at the Perth Concert Hall to honour our Year 12 students during the Presentation Evening. This event not only celebrated their exceptional academic achievements but also highlighted their dedication to sports, creative arts, and community leadership. The students of Perth Modern School exemplify a profound engagement in all facets of their lives and a commitment to the broader community.
The spirit of camaraderie and mutual support among our students was truly inspiring. It was evident how they have developed their communication and leadership skills, nurturing a culture of care and respect for one another. Perth Modern School is a vibrant community where every child can find their unique place and be celebrated for their individuality and personal accomplishments.
My message to Year 12 students: As you embark on the next chapter of your lives, remember that the experiences and relationships you have built here will always be a part of you. Continue to strive for greatness, support one another, and make a positive impact in the world. Congratulations once again, Year 12! Your journey is just beginning!
