ALL YEARS - 'WALK IN YOUR CHILD'S FOOTSTEPS' PARENT WORKSHOPS WEDNESDAY, 15 MAY
Parent Workshops: Walk in your Child's Footsteps
Through these two free 30-minute sessions, you will gain an insight into the learning experiences across a variety of subjects with specialist teachers from Food and Technology, Mathematics, Science, Languages and HASS.

Session 1: 5.00pm - 5.30pm
Session 2: 5.35pm - 6.05pm
*NB Food and Technology sessions are only bookable through the Session 1 link and run for an hour (please do not book Session 2 if you have chosen this option)
Session 1 (5.00pm - 5.30pm):
Food and Technology - explore and enjoy a creative and practical learning process, and leave with a delectable dish!
Choice 1: Chicken Udon Noodle Soup with Rachelle Corica
Choice 2: Sticky Date Pudding with Alison Soraru
NOTE: If you choose one of the Food and Technology workshops, you will be signing up for Session 1 and 2 (5.00pm - 6.05pm). Please do not also book another workshop.
Maths: Interactive Geometry with GeoGebra with Dr Geoffrey Pearce
In this workshop you'll explore how the online software package 'GeoGebra' can be used to illuminate concepts in cicrle geometry from the Year 11 Specialist Maths syllabus. Bring your device or phone if you'd like to take part in a short activity during the workshop
Science: Executive Functioning Skills (EF) and Academic Potential with Mya Skirving
Join us in this session for an overview of Executive Functioning Skills to develop as a teenager with a focus on organisation and metacognition.
Languages: Bilingualism and Plurilingualism with Matthew Todd
HASS: with Sarah Wordsworth
Session 2 (5.35pm - 6.05pm)

ALL YEARS - CAREER CONVERSATION EVENTS
The Department of Education will once again deliver the Career Conversations events for families and schools throughout the state in 2024.
At these events, participants will learn:
- where to find accurate, up-to-date career pathway information
- exploring university and training pathways
- career pathway information for young people with disabilities
- where the jobs are
- what employers and industry are looking for.
The invitation is open to all secondary and primary school families.

ALL YEARS - COLLECTION OF LOST PROPERTY
Lost property items can be looked through Wednesday and Friday after school in AL4.
A reminder to label all uniform items as they are returned to the owner when found/handed in.
