As the school year comes to a close, I would like to personally thank all parents and caregivers for the tremendous work and all the contributions made in helping make Perth Modern School such a special environment for our students. It is obvious to see how our students come from families with strong value systems, who care about their child's education and are keen to support the teaching staff at Mod in the amazing work they do. It has been a year filled with change as well as the difficulties of COVID, but as I reflect on the 2022 school year, I have the real sense that Perth Modern is a wonderful and unique place, with incredible students, hard working teachers and supportive families and as the Principal, I couldn't ask for anything more.
On behalf of the executive, teachers and administration staff, I wish all our Perth Modern School families a restful, joyous and fulfilling summer holiday break. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing students when they return in 2023 for Term 1 on Wednesday, 1 February.
