ALL YEARS: FREMANTLE TRAIN LINE CLOSURE - MAJOR IMPACT

Major impacts on the Fremantle Line will take place from the evening of Friday 5 February to the last service on Monday 5 April.

As part of the METRONET Claremont Station Project, there will be eight weeks of essential works on the Fremantle Line to install track infrastructure in preparation for the new Airport line.

If students travel weekdays between the Showgrounds and Fremantle stations, you will need to change trains at Cottesloe Station and prepare for an increase in travel time due to the reduction in train frequency.

Trains have been planned to connect at Cottesloe Station, however, passengers should allow up to an additional 30 minutes when travelling.
