FREE PARENT WEBINAR SERIES

Preparation for assessments, combined with a growing workload and out-of-school commitments can be the perfect storm for raising your child’s stress levels.

Whilst no parent wants to see their child anxious or unsettled, the good news is that this is perfectly normal and there is plenty you can do to help.

The first step to helping your child when they’re feeling pressure is to talk about it – but even this can feel like a mission sometimes.

To help, Elevate is running a webinar that will talk you through how you can start the conversation about stress with your child and how you can help them manage those feelings of anxiety around their exams

Live Webinar: How to Help Your Child Alleviate Stress
