We need your help.

On leaving our school days, we rarely understand how important our photos, school news and memorabilia might become. This became apparent to our volunteers and Roger Stubbs whilst researching and writing our Music at Mod book. Memories are important—and so are the treasured memorabilia kept in oft forgotten places. Fortunately, many of these are donated to the Museum Association to maintain, conserve, catalogue and create displays—to better present our history to our community and the public.

Your generous donations plus grant monies procured for specific projects ensures our volunteers are always busy and use appropriate technology. Our foci include researching, writing and publishing, restorations, adding to our digital database, updating science exhibits, cataloguing new artefacts and reconnecting families/year groups and their memories. Growing a sustainable accessible Museum is also vital.

We rely on volunteers, donations and bequests to support our work. All gifts of $2 or more are tax deductible. Please contact us at museum@perthmoderniansociety.org.au if you would like to volunteer.
