YEAR 12: WACE EXAMS INFORMATION
WACE EXAMS INFORMATION
Personalised examination timetables for the Practical and Written ATAR course examinations are now available via the SCSA Student Portal. The personalised timetable and Photo ID MUST be taken to all written examinations and must be SIGNED prior to the first examination. Please note that students who are enrolled in a Year 12 ATAR course (Units 3 and 4) must sit the ATAR course examination. For ATAR courses with practical components, students must sit both the written and practical examinations.
Students who have Equitable Access Adjustments (EAA) must have a print out of their EAA at every exam. This is also available from the SCSA Student Portal.
If students do not sit an ATAR course examination and do not have an approved Sickness/Misadventure Application for that course, the grades for the pair of units completed in that year will not contribute to any of the WACE requirements. Consequently, a student may not meet the requirements to receive a WACE.
All details regarding the WACE exams and the Sickness and Misadventure process can be found on the SCSA website.
If you have any concerns about your child heading into the exam period, please contact Student Services.
