Year 12 (AT or GT) courses of study 

Students are reminded that Monday, 7 March 2023 is the last date for changes to enrolments in:

• ATAR, General (Units 3 and 4) courses for Year 12 and other year students completing a Year 12 ATAR course. 

After Monday, 27 March, no further changes (except withdrawals) will be accepted.

Year 12 and other students completing a Year 12 ATAR course will still be able to withdraw from the following:

• ATAR (Units 3 and 4) courses with practical examination components up until Tuesday, 18 July 2023.
• ATAR (Units 3 and 4) courses which do not have practical examination components up until Wednesday, 3 August 2023.
• General (Units 3 and 4) courses up until Wednesday, 3 August 2023. 

Year 11 (AE) courses of study

Students are reminded that Monday, 1 May 2023 is the last date to process changes to enrolments in year-long Year 11 courses (i.e courses with codes starting with AE). After this date no further changes except withdrawals will be accepted.

From this date, students may only be enrolled into single units for Semester 2. 

Non-School candidates

Any student in Year 12 taking an ATAR Languages course as a non-school candidate should see Mr Todd in Languages by the end of Week 3.

Students must pay SCSA and provide a receipt with their application for school acknowledgement.
