POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT WORKSHOPS
Dolly Bhargava is a Speech Pathologist with a Masters in Special Education. She has 19 years of experience in providing positive, realistic and productive solutions to individuals with a range of disabilities in early childhood, school, family homes, prisons, accommodation and community settings. Behaviour Zen aims to systematically guide educators, parents and professionals to assess - prevent- manage challenging by using the evidenced based approach of Positive Behaviour Support to support individuals with Anxiety, Aggression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

Waste Watchers Workshops - Registrations now open for April/May Workshops
Registrations for the Western Metropolitan Regional Council’s Waste Watchers Workshops are now open. Available to residents in the western suburbs, the Waste Watchers Workshops replace the long-running Earth Carers Course. Workshops are designed to be short and engaging, offering both introductory and beyond-the-basics sessions to suit where you are on your war on waste. FREE EVENT - WA POLICE FORCE EXPO
The Western Australia Police Force would like to invite your students and their families to the WA Police Force Expo, to be held at the WA Police Academy, Joondalup.
WHEN: Saturday, 23 March 2019
TIME: 11.00am - 4.00pm
WHERE: WA Police Academy, 81 Lakeside Drive, Joondalup
Come see the WA Police Force on show, demonstrations and food stalls.
The Expo will provide an opportunity for members of the community, young and old, to get up close and personal with real-life demonstrations, interactive displays and the latest crime-fighting technology on show.
Students will have an opportunity to:
- Engage with police officers and ask any questions they have about the WA Police Force.
- Get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the agency’s business units, including Canine Section, Forensic Division, Mounted Section and the Tactical Response Group.
- Participate in interactive displays / exhibitions
- Gain a better understanding of the important role the WA Police Force plays in the community.
