If you have changed your email address during the year please notify the school immediately via perthmodernschool@education.wa.edu.au. 

Parents receive an email for every excursion their student is involved in that requires parental permission via Consent2go. 

Please ensure that you update any changes to –

• Your address details
• Your email address
• Any NEW Medical information
